Experienced:
We have been building & racing the rotary engine for over 30 years. Knowing why and how a motor failed before rebuilding it is sometimes very easy. For the Renesis engine, this is not always known right away. We take each motor apart with the top priority being; understanding why it failed.
The right process
As we peel off the external components, we take notes / pictures along the way. From the intake manifold, to the injectors, the wiring harness, the oil injection system to the front cover / oil pan. Each component tells the story. Details Matter.
Cleaning the right way
Our 50 gallon Ultrasonic tank gives us the ability to remove grease, dirt and carbon deposits without damaging components. Cavitation and heat in a alkaline solution is by far the best way to achieve solid results. Even our wiring harnesses come out looking great and they are easier to repair (if necessary). If it is good enough for race teams, aerospace and the medical industry, it is good enough for us.
